Beijing Tianheng Kairui Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully hosted a technical exchange conference on substation equipment installation.
On July 1, 2024, Beijing Tianheng Kairui Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. welcomed over ten experts and scholars, including professors and assistants from North China Electric Power University and North China University of Technology, as well as directors and ministers from State Grid Corporation of China, to the company’s office for an exchange and collaboration meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and address technical challenges related to the maintenance, repair, and expansion of outdoor substation equipment.
During the meeting, our company’s engineers and business managers engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding the questions raised by the State Grid personne
The State Grid faces several issues during long-term operations:
- Live maintenance, repair, and expansion operations are required, leading to prolonged power outages.
- Large cranes are rented to ensure that equipment can be hoisted and moved with minimal or no power interruptions in operational substations.
- When installing indoor GIS equipment, challenges arise from transporting large components and navigating building structures, making it difficult to use cranes for direct positioning.
- The transportation and positioning of GIS equipment pose significant challenges in indoor substation construction.
- Positioning GIS equipment requires substantial manpower, has low mechanization levels, involves a high volume of lifting work, and presents considerable safety risks. It also involves many workers, complicates on-site management, and demands high precision in positioning and alignment.
To address the aforementioned issues, our company has actively pursued innovation and developed a comprehensive solution for our clients. Our products feature electric walking, electric steering, electric lifting, and integrated battery power supply functions. This enables electric transfer and electric installation, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Additionally, we have designed electric cylinder lifts equipped with robotic arms that can freely grasp and install small components once the main equipment is positioned. This further improves the accuracy and efficiency of equipment installation. Furthermore, our modular design allows for the assembly of various sizes of uninterruptible positioning trusses by combining different components, catering to diverse customer needs and application scenarios.
We believe that through continuous innovation and optimization, our products will provide more convenient and efficient solutions for the maintenance, repair, and expansion of substation equipment.
