On March 28, 2024, engineers and project managers from Beijing Tianheng Kairui Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. visited the conference room of AVIC Engineering Integration Equipment Co., Ltd. under the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) to participate in discussions regarding an experimental project in collaboration with Chongqing University. In this collaborative project, AVIC Equipment is responsible for the overall experimental project, while Beijing Tianheng Kairui Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. is tasked with the design and manufacturing of the lifting system.
The experimental project involves a lifting system in the laboratory used to raise and lower grid-patterned trays in an experimental tank. A 20-ton test item is typically placed at the center of the tray, though it may sometimes be off-center. To meet the client’s requirements, we have designed a dual-drum system, with each rope equipped with two fixed pulleys, and a main output servo motor for precise control of the lifting operation. This system seamlessly integrates with the client’s control system.
