Four-rope Synchronous Lifting Winch

Combined winch system for four-line synchronous lifting operations.

For various application scenarios requiring four-line synchronous lifting operations, we have designed a combined winch system. This system is suitable for a wide range of scenarios, including tabletop lifting, large models, components, and more.

Design advantages：

1.A single four-line winch is used, driven by a reduction motor.

2.The drum is designed with a single-layer rope arrangement, and the rope grooves are equipped with pressure rollers to prevent the steel cables from slipping out of the grooves, ensuring that all four ropes lift and lower synchronously when the motor is operating.

3.Through the pre-fabricated steel structure, the steel cables are routed efficiently through pulleys, ultimately reaching fixed anchor points, ensuring precise lifting and lowering operations while meeting the technical requirement of no sway at the lifting position.

In addition, the configuration of a turbine gearbox combined with an electromagnetic brake motor allows for the long-term suspension of heavy loads in the air, ensuring safety.

The overall design aims to enhance lifting efficiency while ensuring safe and reliable operation.
