On May 10, 2021, Guangdong Yuantian Engineering Co., Ltd. commissioned our professional team to the work site for the stabilization of a dam with a floating platform length of 52 meters. After observing and measuring the site, our engineers developed a reasonable solution. To ensure the horizontal alignment of the floating platform, we planned to use 22 manual winches to complete the task while avoiding the risk of being pulled apart. Additionally, by utilizing 20 electric winches in conjunction with load cells and automated control, we adjusted the winches to raise and lower the platform according to the dam’s water buoyancy. This effectively managed the water buoyancy of the floating platform and controlled the stabilization work.
